Lewis Hamilton has unveiled his latest tattoo ahead of the new Formula One season, which will mark his first at Ferrari after more than a decade with Mercedes.
He will represent the legendary Italian team in 2025 after Mercedes endured a difficult 2024 season as the team finished fourth in the Constructors Championship.
His maiden season driving in red for The Prancing Horse is one he will hope can end in success as he chases an eighth world title.
Hamilton may be hoping that his latest piece of bodywork will bring him extra luck for the season ahead, as he posed for pictures showing off his newest tattoo on Instagram.
Seen in a vest, tracksuit bottoms and beanie hat alongside the tattoo artist who penned the new work for the Brit, an image was shared on the social media platform.
Posting to the site, @mr.k_tattoo wrote: ‘I’m so excited about your new chapter bro. For his Mum 11:11’.

The hidden meaning of Hamilton’s tattoo on his neck lies in a heartfelt tribute to the 40-year-old’s mother, whose birthday is November 11.
Reacting to the picture of the new tattoo in the comments, one fan enthused: ‘Nice work and a beautiful tribute’.
A second added: ‘Bellissimo. Amazing Work.’
A third chipped in: ‘TEAM LH APPROVED. LOVE THIS’.
It comes after fans took to social media to posit an intriguing theory surrounding his unveiling at Ferrari after the Brit joined the team on Monday at Maranello.
Hamilton was spotted in the early hours of the morning entering the Scuderia’s facility and, upon hearing the news, Ferrari fans gathered outside the building en masse to get a glimpse of the all-time great.
The Brit posted a photo on social media of him standing outside a red house, next to what appears to be a scarlet red Ferrari F40, which sparked a wild theory online.
One avid fan suggested that because the house had seven windows, the same number of World Drivers’ championships Hamilton has won, and one door, his arrival at the Prancing Horses will open the gates to him winning a record-breaking eighth title.

Mail Sport previously reported that the Brit greeted staff and logged time on the simulator on Sunday.
He is expected to get behind the wheel of a Ferrari for the first time at the Scuderia’s Fiorano test track on Wednesday, subject to a rejig if bad weather intervenes.
He will drive an old Ferrari, probably the 2023 car – the latest model allowed under F1 TPC (testing of previous cars) rules – that permits a driver 1,000km (620 miles) of in-house practice.
Hamilton has just over a month to ease into life in scarlet red before pre-season testing commences in Bahrain on February 26.
