Formula One will kick off its 75th season in style with a new launch event to mark this significant anniversary in the sport’s history. 

F1 75 Live will see all 10 teams and their 20 drivers make an appearance at The O2 in London on Tuesday night. 

A host of big names from across F1 and the wider world of motorsports will also be in attendance. 

This marks the first curtain-raiser of its kind ahead of the 2025 season, which will see Max Verstappen looking to win a fifth successive Drivers’ World Championship. 

So, when does the event start, who will be at the launch event for the new season and how can you watch the show?

F1 75 Live start time

Tuesday’s evenings schedule is set to get underway at 8pm, with comedian and actor Jack Whitehall hosting proceedings. 

All eyes will be on Whitehall’s fellow Brit Lewis Hamilton – who is set to appear with Ferrari as teams unveil their new liveries for the upcoming season. 

It will see each team have around 10 minutes stage to reveal their new colour schemes to 15,000 fans packed inside The O2. 

Who will be performing at F1 75 Live? 

Fans of 90s pop music will be thrilled to hear that Take That will perform their catalogue of hits. 

Machine Gun Kelly, country singer Kane Brown and composer Brian Tyler – whose F1 theme tune has been streamed over 75million times – are also set to take to the stage. 

How to watch

The show will be broadcast across F1’s social media channels on YouTube, X, TikTok and Facebook. 

It will also be available to view for Sky subscribers, 

F1 will stream the whole event on their YouTube channel, with coverage from 8pm on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports F1.
