Holders Spain will take on the Netherlands in the quarter-finals of the Nations League.

Meanwhile, Italy will face Germany in an intriguing clash, while Portugal will play Denmark and Croatia will be up against France. 

The quarter-finals, which will take place in March, will be played over two legs.

However, the semi-finals will be single-legged encounters which will take place in June, with the final also being held that month. 

Scotland have been drawn against Greece in the Nations League play-offs as they look to stay in the top tier.

The Republic of Ireland will be up against Bulgaria as they look to avoid relegation to League C.

Spain finished top of Group A4 ahead of Denmark, Serbia and Switzerland.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal were top of Group A1 as they finished above Croatia, Scotland and Poland. 

France finished level on points with Italy in Group A2 but Les Bleus prevailed courtesy of their superior goal difference.

Germany won Group A3 ahead of the Netherlands, Hungary and Bosnia. 

Spain beat Croatia in the final of the 2023 tournament, with France winning in 2021 and Portugal triumphing in the inaugural tournament in 2019.
