Jude Bellingham has signed a multi-year deal with sports drink Lucozade and will act as the face of the brand’s new multi-million pound TV campaign.

Bellingham, 20, has become the latest athlete to work closely with the company which has supported the England senior men’s and women’s teams for 17 years.

The signing comes with the midfielder in the midst of a sensational season at Real Madrid. Having already won LaLiga and the Spanish Super Cup, Bellingham could also lift the Champions League when he faces Borussia Dortmund on June 1.

Just a month later, Bellingham will then fight to clinch a first-ever European Championship trophy for England in Germany during a summer spectacle.

Following on from a teaser for the new advertisement this week, Lucozade’s video shows Bellingham being reunited with his lost sports bag, adorned with the brand’s logo, after a group of helpers embarked on a race against time to return it to him.

The advert will also air during the Champions League final and across the summer.

‘Many thanks for your support and the love shown this season,’ he said.

‘We’ve got one more big game at Wembley. We’re going to win. Come on Madrid.’

After finishing his message, Bellingham raised both his arms aloft – a goal celebration that has quickly become synonymous with the midfielder.
