How does the draw work?

League A, B and C will feature four teams in each group, with one team from each seed/pot being placed into each group.

The teams will play each other twice, once at home and once away.

League two is slightly different, as they only have two groups featuring three teams.

For the draw, there are only two restrictions on what teams can play who.

Kazakhstan can only be drawn in a group containing no more than one of the following teams due to travel reasons. These teams are England, Wales, Republic of Ireland or Iceland.

Armenia and Azerbaijan aren’t able to be drawn against one another in League C for political reasons.
