We are just less than a month away from the opening game of the 2024-25 Premier League season and the majority of clubs have started to unveil their attire for next year.
Liverpool were one of the first to show their colours for the upcoming season, opting to don their new home kit in their final game of the 2023-24 season.
Their Merseyside rivals are one of the latest teams to reveal their new home kit, as well as Southampton and Tottenham who did a double drop.
Releasing both their home and away kits simultaneously much to the delight of their fans.
As we have seen in the past, sometimes clubs create timeless masterpieces whilst other times they don’t quite hit the mark and produce some bizarre or even worse, just basic generic designs.

Arsenal
The Gunners have revealed their home jersey that they hope will be the one that sees them lift their first Premier League title since the 2003-04 season.
The inspiration for their home kit this season was to pay homage to the club’s core symbol, the cannon.
Arsenal linked up with both Adidas and the British African heritage brand Labrum London for their 2024-25 away kit.
The jersey celebrates the club’s connection to their African players and supporters by adopting the continent’s design traditions and colours.

Aston Villa
New season, new look, new partnership.
The Lions dropped their new kit with Adidas, marking the beginning of the first ever multi-year partnership and it is a special one.
The kit pays tribute to Villa’s past as the club celebrates it’s 150th anniversary. The jersey incorporates the old with the new.
The flat-knit collar and the narrow stripes mirrors that of the 1874 jersey design, as Villa have modernised by including their new club badge.

Bournemouth have brought back the iconic gold pinstripe seen on the teams 2014-15 season to pay tribute to the ten year anniversary of the legendary season which saw them claim a club record number of points.
Bournemouth have paid tribute to their once controversial early 90’s shirt for the design of their 2024-25 season. The green and purple vibrant dashes on the shirts white canvas will be worn for the Cherries away days in the upcoming Premier League season.

Brentford
The Bees were easily the quickest club to reveal their home kit for the 2024-25 season as they released it a whole year in advance.
Why? Because they made the decision to create a home jersey that would cover a two-season period.
This was done with the aim that fans would be able to get better wear out of their jerseys as well as reducing the clubs carbon impact.
Brentford were the first Premier League side to release all three of their jerseys after dropping both their away and third kit on the same day.
The Bees have gone for a light pink design for the first time in the club’s history for their away attire. The uncharacteristic kit for the club features a button down detail with a ribbed collar whilst the badge, sleeves and shorts are purple.
Their third kit is a stark contrast from the bright pink away kit as it is dark green in colour. Inspiration for the alternative jersey was taken from the architecture of the Gtech Community Stadium.

Brighton have partnered up with Nike to bring a fan favourite back to life as inspiration for their new home kit was taken from the Seagull’s 2020-21 jersey design.
The jersey was created with a white base, with five blue stripes running down the chest. The club decided to go for a lighter, seaside shade of blue for the pinstripes to imitate the jersey which was released four years ago.
The Seagulls in collaboration with Nike have brought back to life and refreshed their university gold 2013-14 away kit for the upcoming season.
Bringing back the iconic colourway which features navy pinstripe detailing and sleeve edging.
Like Brighton’s home and away kit, their third kit takes inspiration from a jersey the Seagulls have already donned. The black and green striped kit is a new and improved version of their 2012-13 away kit.

Chelsea
The first victims to receive backlash for their design for their new kit this season was Chelsea.
The Blues released their new kit with the unveiling leaving fans divided. Their new sponsorless Nike kit features a ‘bold new design’ that resembles an oil slick.
The vibrant blue colourway is said to represent the ‘hottest part of a flame’ and the ‘burning passion to unite the entire club behind a shared ambition to succeed on and off the pitch’.
Chelsea continue their flame theme in both the club’s away and third kit. The away shirt is an off white colour which features an orange accent on the badge, sleeve and nike logo representing fire and passion.

Crystal Palace
The Eagles unveiled their new home kit for the 2024-25 season, which sees them return to the club’s distinct red and blue stripes.
The jersey also plays a special tribute for Selhurst Park as this season marks 100 years since the infamous grounds opened. To mark the occasion the shirt features embedded eagles and a commemorative ‘stamp’ on the back of the neck.
The Eagles have gone back to their roots with their new away kit. Opting for the familiar yellow attire for the upcoming season. Macron have reinvented the colourway however, by simplifying the crest, to feature just the eagle.

Everton
The Toffees are the most recent club to unveil their home kit for the 2024-25 campaign.
The jersey was designed to pay tribute to ‘the originals’ as Sean Dyche’s men are set to play out their final season at Goodison Park.
Since it will be the club’s last season at Goodison, the jersey features an abstract representation Everton’s very first official crest which dates back to 1920.
The Toffees have gone rogue in the design of their away kit. Deciding to go with a bold dark colourway which was inspired by the many famous nights they have played under the lights at Goodison.
The jersey comes to life with a geometric pattern, accompanied with a bright yellow collar and sock trims as well as the new eye-catching yellow Prince Rupert’s Tower icon in place of the familiar club crest.

Manufactured by Adidas, Fulham’s new home kit is a traditional classic.
Adidas wanted to design a kit that offered a contemporary twist to a timeless, classic look.
The clean white and black features a vibrant red wave on the side of the jersey to add a bit of colour to black and white classic which is topped with a one-button polo collar.
Fulham have unveiled their 2024-25 away kit which follows the traditional colourway of the club’s past.
The retro design features black and red stripes which is a direct link to colours found in the club crest.

Ipswich Town
The Tractor Boys are one of only two teams to have already released both their home and away kit for the 2024-25 campaign.
Both kits were designed to represent the pride both players and their supporters feel for the town. The badge takes centre-stage on the home shirt, as it was designed to look like as thought the badge was elevated off the fabric.
While the away shirt pays tribute to Ipswich’s dedicated fans which is shown on the jersey by a graphic which captures small portions of supporters waving flags in the stadium.

Leicester City
Newly promoted and Championship winner’s Leicester City may take the crown for the most basic home kit for the upcoming 2024-25 campaign.
The kit is simple, following an all blue colourway only broken up by Adidas’ white stripes on the sleeve.
One exciting change to the jersey is the Foxes have switched out their old sponsor with King Power for a crypto casino company named BC Game.
Adidas decided to give the Foxes a burst of colour for their return to the Premier League. The away shirt has a black base which is brought to life by the addition of a spray-paint like design.
The inspiration for the shirt was taken from the City’s street art and murals. It is either a jersey fans will love for it’s quirkiness or one they’ll hate for being to out there.

Nike were feeling nostalgic when they came up with the concept of Liverpool’s new home kit for the 2024-25 season.
The retro kit design has hints of the iconic ’84 team led by Joe Fagan, who lifted the European Cup in Rome that season. The nod to the iconic jersey is no more obvious than when you are looking at the collar of the new jersey.
Not to be stuck in the past, Nike have brought the retro jersey to the modern era by incorporating a chrome yellow pattern of the club’s motto YNWA onto the fabric of the shirt.
Fans got a sneak peak of Liverpool’s away kit, when Dominick Szoboszlai teasingly wore the jersey on a panel during their pre-season tour of America.
The new kit is a modern take on the favoured green colourway worn by the Reds during their away days through the decades. The 2024-25 version is a lot darker than previously seen with Nike calling it the ‘night forest’ version.

The design is also a nod to the three rivers which flow through Manchester as they symbolise the crossing point where the Theatre of Dreams meets the city.

Southampton
Southampton will be hoping for a fresh start in the Premier League after making their valiant return to England’s top flight after a year away in the championship.
Speaking of fresh starts, the Saints have partnered with PUMA for the upcoming season to bring back their traditional home and away colours but with a modern twist.
Both home and away kits pay homage to the towns naval history, the iconic red and white stripes are back once again for the home colours, modernised by the addition of black crew collar and a black trim at the end of the sleeves which match up nicely with the kits socks and shorts.
The away kit features a yellow razzle dazzle design, following the same bold pattern on both the front and back of the jersey.
Similar to the home jersey, the shirt is brought together by the addition of a bold navy crew collar and trim on the sleeves.
Just like the home and away kit, the third kit was deigned to dazzle the Saints’ opponents. This time around themselves and puma have opted for a striking, in your face neon pink colour accompanied with bright yellow and white detailing.
