A police officer who was set on fire when he was strike by a flare in the course of violent clashes with Legia Warsaw soccer yobs has returned to do the job.

The 43-yr-old was outside Villa Park, in Birmingham, when he was struck by a lit flare which got trapped in his clothing on November 30.
